Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 805, 2004 in Riga on September 28 (Mon. No 56 6) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 May 2002, the Regulation No 217 "rules on pay system to be financed from the State budget officers" Issued in accordance with article 62 of the labour law the fifth 1. make Cabinet of 28 May 2002, the Regulation No 217 "rules on pay system to be financed from the State budget officers" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 83; 2003, 10, 94., 180. no) the following amendments : 1.1. put point 7 by the following: "7. employees on night work receive a bonus amounting to: 7.1. emergency medical car driver, not less than 75% of the staff member concerned at certain hours a payroll rate;
7.2. other employees, not less than 50% of the staff member concerned at certain hours a payroll rate. ";
1.2. make 1. table 1 of the annex, paragraph 64 of the following: "64.
The social educator 11-10 ";

1.3. the deletion of table 1 of annex 1 of 72, 97, 98 and 104;

1.4. deletion of table 2 of annex 1;

1.5. deletion of table 2 in annex 2;

1.6. make annex 4 by the following: "4. in the annex to Cabinet of Ministers of 28 May 2002, the Regulation No 217 allowances from the State budget financed staff (except for medical and social work professionals) about working in special circumstances, no PO box
Allowances for work in special circumstances the amount of the premium (as a percentage of the monthly wage or ls) 1 2 3 1.

Institutions and departments, the leper, the psychic suffering, alcoholism and drug addiction treatment, as well as the nursing departments, which is especially dangerous to health or particularly severe working conditions for 7-10 LVL 3.
Institutions and bodies of the infection and tuberculosis patients, radiology, x-ray and burns treatment units, as well as other institutions and departments, which are dangerous to health or heavy working conditions 5-7 dollars, 4.
Medical institutions and departments whose employees owing to the nature of working conditions is entitled to the premium (if there are two reasons or more) 11-15 dollars at 5.
Children and orphans care centers, orphanages and bērnunamo infants, nursing homes in special centres, adult persons with mental disabilities and other social assistance system, which is dangerous to health or heavy working conditions 10-20% 6.
Emergency medical drivers of dangerous conditions of work 7 – 10% 7.
Veterinary authorities of work associated with leukosis, brucellosis, tuberculosis and a particularly dangerous disease (such as anthrax, foot-and-mouth disease, rabies) treatment, as well as radiology, Radiology Department and disinfection related work and other health hazardous jobs or working conditions heavy 7-10% 8.
The prisons administration employees who work: 8.1.
in open prisons, 7 – 10% 8.2.
partially closed in the prisons and correctional facilities (prisons) minors 11-15% 8.3.
in closed prisons, 15-20% 9.
Disaster Medical Center emergency medical service personnel about working in non-standard and difficult circumstances (as in, call hours) up to 50% 10.
Employees who work in special education institutions (special classes and groups) that are intended for learners with somatic disease, scoliosis, physical and (or) mental development impairments, hearing, vision, language, disabilities, diseases, psihoneiroloģisk boarding school-orphaned and without parental guardianship of children remaining 10% 11.
Employees who work in social adjustment in educational establishments for children who have committed the offence or offences for which the law provides for criminal or administrative liability of 15% 12.
Employees who work in medical institutions with security guards and closed treatment of mentally ill persons in forced treatment and inspection of persons tiespsihiatrisk 15-20% "2. Regulations shall enter into force by 1 October 2004.
