No 56 30) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 October 2002, regulations No. 493 "insolvency practitioner training program" Issued in accordance with the law "on insolvency of undertakings and companies" of the second subparagraph of article 32 (1) of the regulation to make the Cabinet of 29 October 2002, regulations No. 493 "insolvency practitioner training program" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 163.) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 2.10. subparagraph by the following: "2.10. administrative procedure."
2. Delete paragraph 4.29.
3. Supplement with 5.21 subparagraph by the following: "5.21. international insolvency process."
4. To supplement the provisions under paragraphs 12 and 13 of the following: "12. Subject (course) in" administrative procedure "included the following: 12.1 the administrative procedure General questions (substantive legal capacity, the participants, the procedural time limits);
12.2. the administrative procedure;
12.3. the process of a court;
12.4. the administrative act is to be performed;
12.5. the execution of the ruling.
13. Subject (course) program administrator for repeated certification covers questions related to changes in the bankruptcy process. "
