Breeding State Inspectorate (hereinafter Inspectorate) is under the supervision of the Ministry of agriculture existing direct regulatory authority. 2. 4.2.4. subject to the control of individuals;
4.3. prepare and submit to the Ministry of agriculture in proposals for legislation and policy planning document for the project and the measures to be taken by the national monitoring and control of the relevant competence of inspection activities;
4.4. by request of the Ministry of agriculture shall give opinions on the other institutions to prepare legislation and policy planning document projects inspection competence issues;
4.5. issuing administrative laws and external cases;
4.6. the proposals submitted to the competent authorities of the need to suspend or withdraw the accreditation of national authorisation or conformity assessment, certification and inspection bodies, which operate inspection competence areas of activity;
