Delete paragraph number 97 "3". 2. Put the table in the annex I. "fishing in the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga behind coastal waters, the waters of other countries" in paragraph 2 by the following: "2. the sprat 0.75 2.0" 3. To make the table in annex IV.
