Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 892 Riga 2004 (on 26 October. No 62 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 30 April 2001, regulations No. 179 "the order in which the Minister of Finance on behalf of the State provide guarantees" Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management for the second subparagraph of article 37 to make Cabinet 30 April 2001 No. 179 "in the terms of the order in which the Minister of Finance on behalf of the State provide guarantees" (Latvian journal, 2001, 68, 108 no; 2002, nr. 100) follows: 1. Replace the name and text of the provisions, the word "Finance" with the word "financial".
2. Supplement with 7.1 points in the following wording: "7.1 not later than 10 working days after the signing of the Treaty of guarantee (except where guarantee granted in this provision in paragraph 8 and 11 in the order) Ministry of finance information on borrowers (name, registration number, address and the date of signature of the Treaty of guarantee) sends the procurement monitoring Bureau for inclusion in the register of customers."
