No 63 32) amendment 2001 the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 November Regulation No 479 "rules on industrial fishing in the territorial waters and economic zone waters" issued under the Fisheries Act, in article 13, first paragraph, point 1 make the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 November 2001, the Regulation No 479 "rules on industrial fishing in the territorial waters and economic zone waters" (Latvian journal, 2001, 166; 2004, nr. 8. nr.) amendments and express 9.14. subparagraph by the following 9.14. ":" damages caused to the fishery resources of these regulations, in accordance with the provisions laid down in annex 9 of the taxi and whatever other legislation and the penalties imposed. That rates set out in the annex shall apply to the extent of such Triple threats: 9.14.1. fishing without holding a fishing permit (license);
9.14.2. the fish species fishing prohibited in time or place;
9.14.3. relevant fish species fishing by its fishing limit full use, except for those species of fish by-catch allowed;
9.14.4. illegal fishing gear and catches, as well as the use of fishing gear and fishing types use not specified in the authorization (licence); ".
