General question 1. national cultural monument protection Inspectorate (Inspectorate) is under the supervision of the Ministry of culture an existing direct regulatory authority implementing national policy in the field of the protection of cultural monuments. II. Inspection functions, tasks and competences 2. inspections shall have the following functions: 2.1 to put the Government in the protection of cultural monuments;

3.5. define the cultural monuments protection zone and their maintenance;
3.6 evaluate and coordinate projects that developed cultural monuments or objects, located in the cultural monuments protection zone;
3.7. If necessary, issue the conditions and technical rules for cultural monuments and civil design objects, which are located in the cultural monuments protection zone and transforming heritage environment; 3.8. authorise economic activities or cultural monument protection zone, if the activities in question, it is transformed into a cultural monument or heritage environment;
3.9. make decisions on the suspension of the economic activity of the cultural monument or the protection zone, in contravention of any provision for the protection of cultural monuments;
3.10. maintain a national register of protected cultural monuments;
3.11. cultural monuments shall be issued to the owners (proprietors) instructions on the use of cultural monuments and conservation;
3.12. the authorisation to carry out the research work of cultural monuments;
3.13. authorise the construction as well as renovation (renovation), preservation, restoration or reconstruction work or cultural monuments protection zones;
3.14. give an opinion as to whether the cultural monument or a building, which is located in the protection zone and transforming heritage environment, suitable for operation;
3.15. the decision on the environment-damaging the status object that is in the area of cultural monuments or the protection zone;
3.16. authorise the art objects and antiques items for export to foreign countries;
3.17. organizes the unlawfully removed cultural objects return procedure;
3.18. the Ministry of Culture shall be prepared and the Ministry of finance proposals on the State of the right of pre-emption, or renunciation of them, if the intended disposal of cultural monuments;
