Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 920 Riga 2004 (9 November. No 64 32) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 April 2004 the Regulation No 361 "cereal market intervention measures and monitoring procedures of administration" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act, article 6 of the second part of the draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 April 2004 the Regulation No 361 "cereal market intervention measures and monitoring procedures of administration" (Latvian journal, 2004, 69 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 7.1. subparagraph by the following : "7.1. the contracting party name, registration number, registered address, billing details, registration code with the State revenue service value added tax register of taxable persons, representatives of the position, name, surname, personal code;".
2. the supplement to chapter III, 8.1 and 8.2 points as follows: "each of the intervention warehouse 8.1 the delivery time before making the cereals being purchased into intervention are determined by the following indicators: the quality of cereals 8.1 1. the moisture content of cereals;
8.1 2. cereal color;
8.1 3. cereal flavor;
8.1 4. pest infestation of cereals.
8.2 If this provision 8.1 above indicators do not comply with the Commission of 19 April 2000, in Regulation No 824/2000/EC establishing procedures for the taking-over of cereals by intervention agencies and laying down methods of analysis for determining the quality of cereals, minimum quality requirements laid down for intervention storage of cereals is not accepted. "
