Provisions of the Ministry of transport no. 23 2004 in Riga on November 5, amended by the Ministry of transport in 2001 15 January Regulation No 5 "technical regulatory requirements of vehicle wheels and their components for conformity assessment" released under the Highway Traffic Act article 4, third paragraph, and the Cabinet of Ministers on 19 December 2000, in Regulation No 448 3, 24 and 28 to draw traffic Ministry 2001 15 January Regulation No 5 "technical regulatory requirements of vehicle wheels and their components for conformity assessment" (Latvian journal , 2001, no. 16; 2002, nr 146.; 2003, no. 44) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 4, the words "non-profit organization".
2. To make paragraph 26 and 27 the following: 26. If the type of vehicle of category M1, the Member States have approved pursuant to Directive 70/156/EEC, subject to the requirements of the Directive 98/14/EEC and 2001/116/EC amendments made, the Member States concerned issued an information package is considered to satisfy the requirements of this regulation.
27. recognises the Member States Inspection certificate authority granted type-approval: 27.1. Types of vehicles of category M1, granted pursuant to Directive 70/156/EEC, subject to the requirements of the Directive 98/14/EEC and 2001/116/EC amendments made;
