Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 941 in 2004 November 16 (Mon. No 66 35) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 April 2004 the Regulation No 440 "natural mineral water and spring water minimum safety and labelling requirements" Issued under the food surveillance law in the second paragraph of article 4 and article 13 of the third to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 April 2004 the Regulation No 440 "natural mineral water and spring water minimum safety and labelling requirements" (Latvian journal, 2004, 69 no) the following amendments : 1. Make 9.1. section as follows: "the State received 9.1 Geology Department accepted or issued documents permitting the exploitation of underground water;".
2. the supplement to chapter IV, 42, 43 and 44, the following wording: "42. Rule 34 will enter into force by 1 January 2005.
43. Annex 3 shall enter into force by 1 January 2006, except for 9 and annex 3 paragraph 13, which shall enter into force by 1 January 2008.
44. Natural mineral waters and spring waters, which are packaged and labelled before 1 July 2004, Latvia may be distributed until stocks are exhausted, subject to the expiration date. "
