4.6. cooperate with foreign and international organizations, take part in trans-national cooperation programmes and projects;
4.7 according to the competency provides information to the European Commission.
4.8. inform the public about the activities of the service and provide advice to the natural and legal persons;

5.4. prepare proposals about service tasks necessary financing from the State budget. 11.4. the administrative acts issued by the Director (except this rule 11.2 and 11.3. referred to in administrative law) or the actual action may be challenged in the Ministry of agriculture. The Ministry's decisions can be appealed in court. 12. the financial resources of the service consist of: 12.1. grants from the General State budget revenues;
12.2. the revenue cost of services rendered and other revenue. 13. the service shall prepare a report on the use of budgetary means and annual public report. The Director of the service at least once a year, provide to the Minister of agriculture service activity report.
