After the implementation of the project the applicant (except for cooperative societies) to at least one of the following economic indicators or targets: 11.1. compared to last year, concluded before the submission of the project at least a 10 percent increase in net sales of 11.1.1: agricultural production or processing (or increase it at least for half of the investment amount invested), or the physical volume of production; 11.1.2. production efficiency (the pointer must be verifiable, and the value of audited); 11.2. investing in climate change reduction activities: 11.2.1. constructing energy efficient buildings: 11.2.1.1. restoring or altering existing structures, achieved at least a 20 percent energy savings, and it proves a building energy audit or energy efficiency calculation, which includes information about the energy consumption of the building before and after the renovation of a building or rebuilding; 11.2.1.2. the premises of the construction energy consumption at least 20 percent less than the specified regulations on the jaunbūvj of minimum performance requirements, and it proves a building energy audit energy efficiency or calculation that includes the year of construction and energy legislation specified target buildings energy consumption; 11.2.2. constructing buildings and introduction of technology for reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) or the reduction of ammonia emissions: 11.2.2.1. through the construction or conversion to environmental requirements applied to manure storage; 11.2.2.2. introducing a technology alternative energy (renewables, biofuels, hydropower, solar or wind energy); 11.2.2.3. crop husbandry in introducing technology for precise control of the implementation, which is differentiated depending on the agrotehnoloģisk and ecological conditions and allows you to respond to the previously found and analyzed in the land of the qualitative characteristics of nogabal; 11.2.2.4. livestock production by introducing technology to collect information about the identification and the livestock productivity and reproduction capabilities using accurate data tracking, analysis and control; 11.3. ensure effective respect for the environment, from the processing of agricultural products by introducing air or water pollution control technology; 11.4. improving infrastructure, agricultural development, forest productivity, growth and wood quality of health promotion, as well as the agriculture and forestry sector for increasing competitiveness: 11.4.1. restoring or altering drainage system; 11.4.2. through the construction or conversion to production areas and for the road. " 8.
