III. State budget grant award procedure 5. The Commission shall include ministries, the Latvian Authorities and representatives of non-governmental organizations. 10. the Commission 15 working days after the local end of the application submission period and evaluate municipal applications and accompanying documents, prepare their summary as well as the recommendations of the Commission and submitted to the Ministry. 11. The Commission should have the right to request additional information from the local government, which made the documents public budget allocations, and set deadlines for the submission of additional information. 12. The Ministry within five working days after the rules referred to in paragraph 10 of document receipt shall assess their compliance with such rules and orders of the Government grant or taken a decision on refusal to grant the State budget allocation for joint customer service creation and maintenance of County development centres to the meaning. 13.
