If the arbitration after this provision of paragraph 36 of the notice of termination in the prescribed period has not submitted proof of the business register in compliance with the arbitration of the arbitration law article 2, second subparagraph, article 4 and 7 or does not submit the arbitration law article 8 the third paragraph of the mentioned documents, register of companies, public notary to the Arbitration Act of the transitional provisions laid down in paragraph 2 shall decide the period for entry in the register on the exclusion of arbitration from the registry.
