Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 999 Riga 2004 30 November (pr. No 68 57) State and local government budget year institutions reporting order Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management, article 30, of the first and the second part 1. report preparation 1. determines the order in which State and local budget authorities shall draw up an annual report (hereinafter report), to inform the public of the budgetary resources allocated and spent. 2. the report aims to provide a wide range of users with useful information about the budgetary authority's financial position, performance and cash flow. 3. the report shows how quality budget management is entrusted to the financial and material resources, together with other information you provide details of sources and uses of cash. 597. Funds for contingencies usage report indicates, distinguishing between local government funds and funds from the State budget authorities – the Ministry of finance or the regional development and local government ministries.
2.42. the form No. 20 "review of budget programs (sub) the effective execution" of 598 filling order.  Ministries and other central public authorities, together with a financial statement shall be submitted to the review of the respective applications (sub) performance indicators. 3. The final issue 612. Up to 31 January 2005 in these rules to the term "enterprise" applies to the economic operators established in Latvia, companies and business organizations, including non-profit organisations established in the form of businesses and companies, regardless of their form of business and type of property.
