No. 68, § 16) rules on application forms the entry of European economic interest groupings in the register in accordance with European economic interest groupings Act article 4 second subparagraph, of the rules of application of such forms, on the basis of which the entry is a European economic interest group register: 1. Application for a European economic interest group to record in the European economic interest group register (annex 1). 2. the application for entry in the European economic interest grouping of changes in the register of European economic interest group (annex 2). 3. the application for entry in the European economic interest grouping in the register of European economic interest groupings in the opening of the branch (annex 3). 4. the European economic interest grouping branches off from the European economic interest group register (annex 4). 5. Application for entry in the European economic interest grouping in the register of European economic interest group's insolvency process (annex 5). 6. Application for entry in the European economic interest grouping in the register of European economic interest groupings winding (annex 6). 7. the European economic interest grouping's exclusion from the European economic interest group register (annex 7).
