3.1.2. the medication, as well as medicine and veterinary chemicals used in microbiological preparations, and their toxins;
3.1.3. wood preservatives;
3.1.4. biocides;
3.1.5. plant protection products;
3.1.6. the solvent balances;
3.1.7. halogenated organic substances which are not used as solvents excluding inert polymerized materials;
3.1.8. cyanides and heavy metals (Cr, Hg and Cd also) containing sludge;
3.1.9. mineral oils and substances containing oil (sludge metal);
3.1.10. oils, hydrocarbons and water mixtures, emulsions;
3.1.11. polihlorēto biphenyls or terphenyls containing polihlorēto substances (dielectric);
3.1.12. tar-containing material from the refinery and distillation process, as well as producing pyrolitically treatment (the cube balances);
3.1.13. tekstilkrās, inks, pigments, oil paint, enamel paint, varnish and lacquer;
3.1.14. resins, latex, plasticisers, glues and surface active agents;
3.1.15. unidentified chemical substances arising from research, teaching or technical work that impacts on people and the environment are not known (residues of substances and products from laboratories);
3.1.16. pyrotechnic and other explosive materials;
3.1.17. fotoķimikālij and development materials;
3.1.18. materials containing any of the polychlorinated dibenzo-furan-like substances;
3.1.19. materials containing any of the polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins-like substances;
3.2. have at least one of these rules referred to in annex 3, it is composed of at least one of the terms listed in annex 4, substances or compounds and: 3.2.1. animal or vegetable soaps, fats, or waxes;
3.2.2. non-halogenated organic substances which are not used as solvents;
3.2.3. inorganic substances that do not contain metals or their compounds;
3.2.4. ash or slag;
3.2.5. soil, sand, clay, also the deepen of the seabed;
3.2.6. cyanides-free steel sludge;
3.2.7. dust and powder of metals;
3.2.8. the spent catalysts;
3.2.9. metals or metal compounds containing liquids or sludge;
3.2.10. residues from the decontamination and pollution control equipment (gas cleaning dust from space), except for this provision, 3.2.11 3.2.12 and 3.2.15. referred to waste;
3.2.11 scrubber sludge;
3.2.12. water treatment plant sludge;
3.2.13. decarburized in the process residues;
3.2.14. ion-exchange column residue;
3.2.15. sewage treatment plant sludge, that have not been processed or suitable for use in agriculture;
3.2.16. the balance of the tank and the cleaning of equipment;
3.2.17. a dangerous substance or waste containing;
3.2.18. a dangerous substance or waste containing containers (packaging, gas cylinders);
3.2.19. batteries and other batteries;
3.2.20. vegetable oils;
3.2.21. incurred in the household hazardous waste. 4. wastes are considered hazardous if they have these rules referred to in annex 3 properties that are marked with the code H3, H4, H5, H6, H3B, H7, H8, H10 and H11, and at least one of the following: 4.1 a flashpoint below 55 ° C; 4.2. one or more particular toxic substances, total concentration is at least 0.1%;
4.3. one or more of the toxic substances, and total concentration is at least 3%;
4.4. one or more harmful substances, total concentration is at least 25%;
4.5. waste containing one or several corrosive substances according to the Cabinet of Ministers of 12 March 2002, the Regulation No. 107 "chemical and chemical product classification, labelling and packaging arrangements" (hereinafter Regulation No 107) meet code, R35 at a total concentration is at least 1%;
4.6. waste containing one or several corrosive substances according to Regulation No. 107 meets code R34 at a total concentration of 5%;
4.7. one or more irritant substances in accordance with Regulation No 107 meets code R41 at a total concentration is at least 10%;
4.8. one or more irritant substances in accordance with Regulation No 107 meets code or R36, R37 R38, total concentration is at least 20%;
4.9. the waste containing the substance in accordance with Regulation No 107 is a category 1 or 2 carcinogen and its concentration is at least 0.1%;
4.10. the waste containing the substance in accordance with Regulation No 107 is a category 3 carcinogen and its concentration is at least 1%;
4.11 at a category 1 or 2 teratogenic (toxic for reproduction) substances which, in accordance with Regulation No 107 R60 or R61 corresponds to the code and its concentration is at least 0.5%;
4.12. waste containing toxic of category 3 (toxic for reproduction) substances which, in accordance with Regulation No 107 R62 or R63 corresponds to the code and its concentration is at least 5%;
4.13. the waste consists of category 1 or 2 mutagen, which in accordance with Regulation No 107 corresponds to the code and its concentration is R46 at least 0.1%;
4.14. waste containing mutagenic category 3 substance which, in accordance with Regulation No 107 corresponds to the code and its concentration is R40 at least 1%. 5. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 19 June 2001, Regulation No 258 "rules on the classification and characteristics of the waste, which makes the waste hazardous" (Latvian journal, 2001, 97. No; 2002, no. 109). Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) the European Council of 15 July 1975 Directive 75/442/EEC on waste;
