No 68 59. §) rules on contract price limits Issued in accordance with the law "on procurement for public service needs" article 24, first paragraph and article 70 of the first and the second part of rule 1 defines the European Union's international obligations according to the contract price of the limit of the public service to apply to the supply, service and works contracts.
2. Contract price limits are as follows: 2.1 the supply and service contracts-281000 lats;
2.2. in the case of works contracts-3530000 lats.
