Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 982 in 2004 30 November (pr. No 68 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 13 July 2004 the Regulation No 598 "rules on acoustic noise law, residential and public buildings indoor" Issued under the cabinet installation article 14 of the law in the first part of paragraph 3 to make a Cabinet of 13 July 2004, the Regulation No 598 "rules for acoustic noise law, residential and public buildings in the premises" (Latvian journal, 2004, 112, 116 no) the following amendments : 1. To supplement the provisions under point 3.3 as follows: "3.3. population warning and alarm system siren operation."
2. To supplement the provisions under point 5.1 by the following: "5.1 If, in the course of the planned noisier equipment sound power level over 80 dB (A)-provides, space before the commencement of business forecasts the acoustic noise and its effects on the surrounding spaces and building."
3. To supplement the provisions under point 6.1 the following wording: "acoustic noise forecast 6.1 defines the Latvian et seq of the LBN 016-03" Būvakustik "mentioned in point 8 qualified būvakustik experts."
4. Supplement with 9.1 points as follows: "9.1 in rooms that do business via the electroacoustic systems and other bordering this provision listed in annex 2 residential and public buildings in the premises or the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 July 2004, regulations No 597" environmental noise evaluation order "in the mentioned areas, electroacoustic system shall be fitted with a sound suppressor, if otherwise not possible to ensure the acoustic noise levels, regulatory or environmental noise limit values are complied with."
