If the national police established that the applicant satisfies the provisions of paragraph 3, the criteria set out in the national police within three working days of the application shall be sent to Europol. 9. If the national police established that the applicant does not comply with the provisions laid down in point 3 or the application does not contain any advertisement or the materials requested, the national police, together with the reasons for the application, why not move on, sent back to the applicant.
