Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1044 Riga 2004 December 21 (Mon. No 74 16) rules on the statistical data of the national programme for 2005, released under the State statistics law article 5, paragraph 3 of the second paragraph of rule 1 of the approved national programme of statistical information for the year 2005 (annex 1).
2. All the authorities which are responsible for the preparation of statistical information, to ensure that the data the user information on the time and manner in which you may obtain specific rules referred to in paragraph 1 in the national programme for statistical information.
3. Regulations shall enter into force by 1 January 2005.
Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions arising from this provision listed in annex 2 of the directives of the European Union.
