No 74 § 3) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 9 December 2003 by Regulation No 693 "rules on guaranteed minimum level of income and benefits of the guaranteed minimum income level for" Issued under the social services and social assistance, article 36 of the law, the first paragraph to make 1 Cabinet on 9 December 2003 by Regulation No 693 "rules on guaranteed minimum level of income and benefits of the guaranteed minimum income level" (Latvian journal , 2003, nr. 176.) the following amendments: 1. express the point 2 as follows: "2. The guaranteed minimum level of income a person has 21 lats month.";
1.2. to replace in paragraph 4, the words "established on January 1, 2004" with the words "laid down on the 1 January of the year".
