No 74 41) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 May 2001 on the terms of the no 202 "rules on nominal quantities for pre-packed goods and packaging" nominal volume of reference Issued in accordance with the law "on a uniformity of measurements" the third paragraph of article 10 do Cabinet of 22 May 2001 on the terms of the no 202 "rules on nominal quantities for pre-packed goods and packaging standard nominal volume" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 81; 2004, nr. 140) the following amendments : 1. Make paragraph 8 by the following: ' 8. These rules the rules that control the state metrological inspection, consumer rights protection centre and the State revenue service. "
2. Supplement with 10.1 points as follows: "10.1 of annex 1 of these rules referred to in paragraph 3.1.2 products until 31 December 2004 have been produced and placed on the Latvian market allowed to realize until 1 January 2006."
3. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 19 December 1974 Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making-up by volume of certain prepackaged liquids;

5) Council of 7 June 1988 Directive 88/316/EEC amending Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making-up by volume of certain prepackaged liquids;
6) Council of 21 December 1989 directive 89/676/EEC, amending Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making-up by volume of certain prepackaged liquids;
7) Council 1980 15 January of Directive 80/232/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States on certain prepackaged products in the ranges of nominal quantities and nominal capacities permitted. "
4. Replace annex 1 3.1. and 3.4 above, the words "liqueur wine" (fold) with the word "vol" (fold).
5. Express 3.5. of annex 1 of the following subparagraph: "3.5. sparkling wines (the nomenclature heading 220410) and wine, filled bottles with galviņkorķ, secured by ties or fastenings, special and which has an excess pressure of not less than 1 bar but less than 3 bar, measured at a temperature of 20 ° C (220421 and 220429 nomenclature positions): 0.125; 0.20; 0.375; 0.75; 1.5; 3; 4.5; 6; 9. "
6. To complement the 3.8 of annex 1 of the paragraph after the word "beer" with the word "gueuze";
