6. Benefits for soldiers to cover the apartment rent and other family and household needs the necessary expenses consist of the following: 6.1. expenditure of the soldier and his family a household needs. The amount of costs and expenses shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 1, according to the official site of specific conditions, the extent of the expenses multiplied by the relevant national cost of living factor (annex 2);
6.2. expenses the soldier's family health insurance and insurance against accidents related to health damage (up to 1200 dollars a year for each person);
6.3. extraordinary expenditure for the purchase of household equipment (annex 3). If a soldier to the place moves with the spouse who service the site, staying constantly about the expenditure is increased by 20%. For each of the minors, which places staying permanently in the expense amount is increased by 10%;
6.4. the children's primary school, primary school, secondary school and preschool education institutions; It is charged in accordance with a written application to the soldiers and those expenses supporting documents amounting to: 6.4.1.90% — if the child attends a public educational institution, international institutions for children of employees of the educational institution, as well as when the child is in place with only one parent (the soldiers);
6.4.2.60% — if the child attends a private educational institution in the country that has the opportunity to learn the State educational institution or employee of international institutions in children's education, without changing the previous language of instruction;
6.4.3.90% — if the child attends a private educational institution, therefore, to be able to continue their education in a language which he learned the soldiers the previous place of employment, or Latvia, or private school where one of the soldiers learning for children;
6.4.4. in accordance with this rule 6.4.1., 6.4.2 and 6.4.3. — subparagraph. preparatory class expenses, if the child reached the age of five;
6.5. expenditure apartment lease. The amount of costs and expenses shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 4 (if the service does not provide you with an apartment or living area), subject to the following conditions: 6.5.1. expenditure amount is increased by 5% for the third and each subsequent family member;
6.5.2. If the actual expenditure on housing rent is less than the expenditure laid down in these rules, the soldiers covered the actual expenditure on the rental of a dwelling;
6.5.3. the apartment lease agreement related to the services shall be borne by the agent in accordance with the actual documents submitted, not exceeding three months rent expense amount;
6.5.4. as laid down in these provisions apartment lease expense for a furnished apartment.
7. If the spouse of a soldier's soldier, who conducted the service in the same country and they have a common domicile, the soldier doesn't get the necessary maintenance of the spouse. Other expenses are covered as follows: 7.1 apartment renting and child maintenance expenses for the spouse, they rank according to most definitely;
7.2. child's pre-school educational expenses borne by 90%.
8. If the Ministry of defence of the Republic of Latvia or its subordinated authority with a military spouse has concluded a contract for the work in the same country, soldier spouse maintenance expenditure is covered by 70%. If the spouse in fixed salaries and expenses for the maintenance of her total is less than the soldier of the spouse of the level of maintenance expenditure (annex 1), the maintenance expenses will increase to 1. expenses specified in annex.

12. Regulations shall enter into force by 1 January 2005.
