Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 9 in Riga in 2005 (4 January. No 1 26) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 august 2003, regulations No. 476 "rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of plant origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 to make a Cabinet of 26 august 2003, regulations No. 476 "rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of plant origin" (Latvian journal, 2003, 119 no; in 2004, 50 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace paragraph 11 in number and the word "1 august" with a number and the word "September 30". 2. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 23 November 1976 Directive 76/895/EEC relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on fruit and vegetables; 2) Council of 24 July 1986 Directive 86/362/EEC on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals; 3) Council of 27 November 1990 directive 90/642/EEC on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables; 4) Council of 11 July 2002 Directive 2002/63/EC laying down Community methods of sampling for the official control of pesticide residues in and on products of plant and animal origin and repealing Directive 79/700/EEC. " 3. In chapter I of annex 1:3.1 to replace in paragraph 2.3.2., the word "gherkins" with the word "Zucchini"; 3.2. to replace the words in point 2.5.1. "endiv" by "Batavian". 4. In chapter II of annex 1:4.1 paragraph 6 be deleted; 4.2. to make paragraph 9 by the following: "9." 2.45., metiltifensulfuron and Triasulfuron 2.4-D no PO box product groups covered by the maximum quantity of pesticide residues of 2.4-D, Triasulfuron Metiltifensulfuron of 29 1 2 3 4 5 1.
