Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 20 in Riga on 11 January 2005 (pr. 3. § 34) amendment to the law "on the national resistance movement member status" issued in the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution in order to make the law "on the national status of the members of the resistance movement" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1996, no. 11; 1998, no. 19; 2004, nr. 12) amendment and supplement of the law with article 10 by the following: ' article 10. The national resistance movement members granted military retirement pension monthly benefit provided for in the law. "
