Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 36 in Riga on 11 January 2005 (pr. Nr. 3 22) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No 242 "traffic regulations" Issued by the Ministry in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16(1) first subparagraph make the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No 242 "Charter" by the Ministry of transport (Latvian journal, 2003, 70 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "transport, communications and Informatics" with the words "transport and communications".
2. To delete the text, the word "company" (the fold).
3. To make the fourth sentence of paragraph 1 in the following wording: "communications include electronic communications (communication and data transmission channels in the area of public administration) and the postal sector."
4. Express 5.2. subparagraph by the following: "5.2. According to introduce information technology competence of the public administration to ensure the modernisation of the public administration and increase efficiency;".
5. Delete paragraph 5.3.
6. To express the point 5.14. as follows: "the development of international and 5.14. local air traffic security and development policies and take measures for its implementation;".
7. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 5.16.1: "5.16.1 investigates aviation accidents and incidents;".
8. Express 5.20 paragraph by the following: "5.20. controls the use of radio spectrum;".
9. Express points 24 and 25 as follows: "the Ministry is subordinated to 24:24.1. Civil Aviation Administration;
