This project within Microsoft Corporation offers solutions in electronic privacy ("e-Privacy" — English cur.) to improve the protection in the Republic of Latvia. 3.4.7. Intellectual property protection system. This project within Microsoft Corporation offers solutions for the protection of intellectual property rights, in order to encourage compliance and to ensure the appropriate application of the law. 3.5. Microsoft Corporation shall inform LATVIA about other projects being developed by Microsoft CORPORATION or Microsoft Corporation. 4. Source code of the software product use Microsoft CORPORATION and Latvia undertake to negotiate a separate Microsoft security cooperation "pro Government" Gramma ("Microsoft Government Security program" — the English spoken) agreement that would give free access to the source code and regular information about Microsoft CORPORATION software products Security. 5. Microsoft Latvia and Latvia undertakes to agree on the contents of the license agreement between Latvia and the Microsoft IRELAND OPERATIONS LIMITED, and Latvia and Microsoft IRELAND operations LIMITED entered into a license agreement for these 2 (two) years from the date of entry into force of the Treaty. 5.2. the 2 (two) years from the date of entry into force of the Treaty, the Microsoft CORPORATION does not use its right of action arising from any authorized Microsoft CORPORATION software products without a license agreement between public authorities and educational institutions. 5.3. after each this agreement 5.1 in point of the conclusion of the agreement in the Microsoft CORPORATION does not use its right of action arising from any authorized Microsoft CORPORATION software product without the use of the previous license agreement, for which the national authorities and the educational establishment has concluded a license agreement. 5.4 5.2 of this Agreement shall not apply to the software products by the public authorities and educational institutions without a license agreement to use after this start date of entry into force of the Treaty. 5.5. point 5 of this Agreement shall not affect the entry into force of the Treaty, concluded for the Microsoft CORPORATION software product licensing agreements between public authorities and educational institutions. 6. Performance of the contract of the coordinating bodies 6.1. Each Party shall notify the other parties of the implementation of the contract designated coordinating bodies 1 (one) month from the date of entry into force of the Treaty. 6.2. All communication between the parties is implemented by the coordinating institution of the performance of the contract. 6.3. Each Party may change its contract coordinating bodies with another coordinating body in performance of the contract and notify in writing the other parties. 7. Confidentiality 7.1. the parties agree to make available to the public. 7.2. all information received in the course of implementing this agreement, are confidential. Applicable law and dispute resolution 8.1. Before going to court, the Parties shall endeavour to settle disputes by negotiation if possible. 9. The entry into force of the AGREEMENT the agreement shall enter into force on 2 February 2005. The agreement is concluded for a Latvian language, 3 (three) copies, one for each party, for 6 (six) pages each. All copies have the same legal force.
