1.2. to supplement paragraph 9 second sentence with the following: "identity documents may not be produced for a person who has not reached 15 years of age, if it is presented to the birth certificate, as well as the person who wants to Exchange or renew this provision in annex 1 and 2 the appropriate licence or authorisation.";
1.3. adding to 10.2. subparagraph after the word "management" with the words "or who has not taken an early examination of health 45 days from the date of notification of the decision;
1.4. make 10.3. subparagraph by the following: "10.3. where imposed fines for administrative offences to road traffic laws are not paid within the time limit.";
1.5. to complement the 14 after the word "licence" with the words "except where the person you passed the theoretical examination in accordance with paragraph 40 of these regulations";
1.6. to supplement 21.1. subparagraph after the word "licence" with the words "or training";
1.7. to make 40 as follows: "If a person breaches 40 counting points system established within the framework of the trans portlīdzekļ of running rights or if individuals from the prohibition of driving rights for a year or longer, or if transport driving rights deprived for driving the alcoholic beverage, narcotic, psychotropic, toxic or other intoxicating substance, a person to regain the rights corresponding to the category B pass a theoretical and driving exam. If the driving licence only selected A or B1-A1, a general emergency, the person pass a corresponding category according to theoretical and driving exam. ";
UR1.8.sv ītr the 53 and 54;
1.9. to supplement the provisions of this chapter with 7.1: "7.1 bicycle driver qualification acquisition 66.1 Bike driver's licences (annex 4) shall be issued to a person who has reached 12 years of age and passed the theoretical examination (computer based or writing), consisting of 10 questions on road traffic laws and governing traffic safety.

1.10. replace paragraph 69 and 70, the number and the word "March 1" (fold) with a number and the word "1 June" (fold);
1.11. to supplement annex 1 with the bottom point 3.7 as follows: "3.7. additional information codes, which indicate that the driver's licence issued on the basis of outside European Union countries issued driver's licence: 3.7.1. more code that indicates that the driver's licence issued outside a European Union countries issued a driver's licence (70). After the code indicates the Exchange driver's license number and issuing (for example, 70.12345678. RUS);
3.7.2. additional code, which indicates that the driver's licence issued by restoring the outside European Union countries issued a driver's licence (71). After the code indicates the Exchange driver's license number and issuing (for example, 71.12345678. RUS). ";
1.12. to supplement the provisions of annex 4 by the following: "4. in the annex to Cabinet of Ministers of 27 April 2004, regulations no 428" rule 2 1.8. subparagraph shall enter into force on the 1 June 2005.
