5. Express 24 as follows: "24. Additives in feedingstuffs, premixtures and compound feedingstuffs containing additives in feedingstuffs, shall be marked according to the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003, the Regulation No 1831/2003/EC on animal nutrition additives used."
6. To express the following paragraph 27.1: "27.1. meets the requirements of this regulation and notified to the European Commission, and if these rules are observed in annex 2 these conditions;".
7. Delete paragraph 30.
8. the title of chapter IV, Expressed as follows: "IV. Closing questions".
9. Supplement with 35 as follows: ' 35. paragraph 13 of these rules shall cease to be in force by 1 January 2006. "
