No 8 22) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 to make a Cabinet of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the Notes to the income for the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 49) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "combined nomenclature" with the words "combined nomenclature".
2. Make the informative reference to directives of the European Union in this re dakcij: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 24 July 1986 Directive 86/363/EEC on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in animal product and on it;
