To supplement the provisions under point 2.4 below, the following wording: "2.4. shoes that are sliding down the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers on 25 April 2000 by Regulation No 158" rules on hazardous chemicals and the use of dangerous chemical products and trade restrictions and prohibitions "." 4. In accordance with the provisions of annex 1, the labelling shall provide information on the material, which constitutes at least 80% of shoe uppers, lining and surface area, and at least 80% of the parts of the volume. If no one material accounts for at least 80% of that volume, information is provided about the two main components of footwear materials used. " 9. Supplement with 7.1 points as follows: 7.1 "mark shall be affixed in such a way as to be visible and accessible to the consumer, of the pictograms must be large enough to contain the information easy to understand. Labelling must not mislead the consumer. " 10. Make 10 and 11 of the following paragraph: "10. the manufacturer or his EU authorized representative established is responsible for the label and for the accuracy of the information contained therein. The seller is responsible for the sale and sold shoes in compliance with the requirements. 11. " 11. To supplement the rules with the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union Directive provisions included in the law arising from the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 March 1994, Directive 94/11/EC on the approximation of laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the labelling, specifying the materials used for the consumer of the main components of footwear." 12.
