Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 121 in Riga in 2005 (15 February. No. 9 2) amendments to the Cabinet on august 3, 1999, the Regulation No 273 "footwear product labelling procedures" Issued under the consumer protection act article 21, first paragraph to make the Cabinet on august 3, 1999, the Regulation No 273 "footwear product labelling procedures" (Latvian journal, 1999, 248./250.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued under the consumer protection act article 21, first paragraph". 2. Supplement with 7.1 points as follows: 7.1 "mark shall be affixed in such a way as to be visible and accessible to the consumer, of the pictograms must be large enough to contain the information easy to understand. Labelling must not mislead the consumer. " 10. Make 10 and 11 of the following paragraph: "10. the manufacturer or his EU authorized representative established is responsible for the label and for the accuracy of the information contained therein.
