Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 160, Riga, 1 March 2005 (pr. 11. § 36) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 January 2005, the provisions of the 70 "rules on State aid to agriculture in 2005 and its modalities" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth and sixth to make the Cabinet of 25 January 2005, the provisions of the 70 "rules on State aid to agriculture in 2005 and its modalities" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 27) the following amendments : 1. Make paragraph 9 by the following: "9. where aid is introduced and it has not received the official decision of the European Commission, the subsidy costs are postponed until is accepted and published in the newspaper" Latvian journal "European Commission decision on the aid measure's compliance with the Treaty establishing the European Community. This section applies to this provision of the annex 1 and 2.1., 2.2., 2.3 Annex 2.93, 3.18 and annex 39 and 2.3 of Annex 8. "
2. Replace paragraph 5 of annex 1, the number and the word "1 March" with a number and the word "1 April".
3. Supplement to annex 2 23.1. bottom with the second sentence of the paragraph by the following: "the agreement provides for an advance payment of 50%;".
4. Replace paragraph 21 of annex 3 in the number and the word "1 March" with a number and the word "March 25".
