Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 154 in Riga on 22 February 2005 (pr. No 10) 32 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 30 March 2004, the Regulation No 218 "plant quarantine regulations" Issued under the plant protection act article 5, paragraph 1, to make the Cabinet of 30 March 2004, the Regulation No 218 "plant quarantine rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, 65, 108 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 2.6., 2.7., 2.8., 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13 and 2.14. subparagraph by the following : ' 2.6. point of entry — the border inspection post through which the European Union customs territory initially imported plants, plant products and contact firms items; 2.7. the official body of point of entry, the responsible official body of the Member State carrying out phytosanitary control point of entry; 2.8. the official body of destination, the responsible official body of the Member State carrying out phytosanitary control in this area and in which the Customs Office of destination; 2.9. the original Customs-Customs Office at the point of introduction; 2.10. the Customs Office of destination, customs office where the goods placed under the Community transit procedure must be presented in order to end the procedure; 2.11.-homogeneous lots on plants, plant products and contact with them came a set of units of which has the same composition and origin, and forming part of the load; 2.12. cargo — a set of goods covered by a single document in the customs or other formalities (such as phytosanitary certificate or other document) or markings. " 2. Express 3 and paragraph 4 by the following: "3.
