No. 14) order in which the children and Family Affairs Ministry gives the State social insurance agency information necessary for the Council of 14 June 1971 in Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 determining the performance of the tasks and the order in which it cooperates with the Ministry of Welfare in cross-border situations, the application of that regulation Issued in accordance with the State social benefits law article 17 of sixth 1. determines the order in which the children and Family Affairs Ministry gives the State social insurance agency information necessary for the Council of 14 June 1971 in Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 on the application of social security schemes to employed persons, self-employed, as well as members of their families moving within the Community (hereinafter referred to as the regulation), the specific performance of the tasks and the order in which the children and Family Affairs is working with the three Minis Welfare Ministry in cross-border situations, the application of that regulation. 2. The children and Family Affairs Ministry after the State social insurance agency's receipt of the written application shall contain the following information about its competence assigned to the State social benefits (hereinafter benefit) and the person receiving benefits: 2.1. name, surname and personal code;
2.2. persons of the family members (spouse and children) name, surname and personal code;
2.3. type of benefit;
2.4. benefits;
2.5. the payment of the allowance period. 3. The children and Family Affairs Ministry after Ministry of welfare receipt of written application according to competence, cooperate in solving cross-border situations: 3.1 appoint liaison officers;
