Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. The insolvency practitioner remuneration and administration costs amounting to: 3.1 no more than 400 lats administrator remuneration and no more than 100 dollars the cost of administration, if insolvency proceedings initiated in 2004;
3.2. not more than 400 lats administrator remuneration and no more than 100 dollars the cost of insolvency administration in cases where the administrator and change the new administrator appointed in 2004;
3.3. not more than 400 lats administrator remuneration and not more than 150 lats administration costs if insolvency proceedings initiated after 1 January 2005;
3.4. not more than 400 lats administrator remuneration and not more than 150 lats insolvency administration costs in cases where the administrator and change the new administrator appointed after 1 January 2005. "
2. Express 4 by the following: "4. the insolvency administration costs, other than the administrator's remuneration, are covered up to 150 lats."
3. To supplement the provisions of point 4.1, the following wording: "4.1 Administrator by submitting a request to the ad ministrācij the insolvency practitioner costs (annex 1), except the administrator's remuneration, it shall be accompanied by a copy of the Court judgment on the company's (the company) a declaration of insolvency or a copy of the Court decision for the administrator (if the administrator has modified)."
4. Add to the second sentence of paragraph 7, after the words "insolvency proceedings" with the words "the insolvency administration cost you used (showing the cost of supporting documents)".
