No 15 23) amendment to the Cabinet on July 3, 2001 regulations No. 297 "rules on adjustable public service" Issued in accordance with the law "on regulators of public services" in article 2, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet on July 3, 2001 regulations No. 297 "rules for Kuma adjustable public service" (Latvian journal, 2001, 108 no; 2002, 40 no.) and make amendments 6 and 7 point as follows : "6. the electronic communications need to regulate the following types of service: 6.1. voice telephony services;
6.2. public payphone services;
6.3. public data and electronic message relay services;
6.4. leased line services;
6.5. public internet access services;
6.6. radio or television programming distribution services in public electronic communications networks;
4.2. access to services;
4.2. interconnection services.
7. Postal sector needed to regulate postal services related to the following mail collection, sorting, transport or delivery: 7.1. domestic or international postcards;
7.2. a domestic or international letters;
7.3. a domestic or international bandrol;
7.4. a domestic or international small packages;
7.5. the domestic or international postal parcels;
7.6. a domestic or international eksprespak;
