Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 205 in Riga 29 March 2005 (pr. No 16 34 §) rules on State fees for entry in the register of the Tribunal Issued in accordance with the law of civil procedure 486. the third paragraph of article 1. determines the rates of State fees for entry in the register of the Tribunal, as well as its payment procedures and facilities. 2. For entry in the register is determined by arbitration, the following duty rates: 2.1 for the recording of the Arbitration Tribunal registry – 100 lats;
2.2. the amendment of the rules of procedure of the arbitration registration-10 lats;
2.3. for the registration of other changes in the registry of the Tribunal-5 lats;
2.4. for the recording of the termination of the arbitration record-5 lats;
2.5. registration certificates for issue of duplicate-2 Lats. 3. a State fee shall be paid before the submission of the relevant application with the register of enterprises. The application shall be accompanied by evidence of payment of the fee. 4. the duties of the State including the State budget. 5. a State fee is not charged for the entry of Amendment 5.1: arbitration, if the amendment is related to the administrative area boundary alteration, or change of name, as well as by street name or building number;
5.2. changes in the register of the arbitration, if the record is made on the basis of a court ruling. 6. the rules shall enter into force 1 April 2005. Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs a. Pabriks, Minister of Justice of Āboltiņ.
