Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 222 Riga 2005 5 April (pr. No 17 34 §) rules on a sworn notary the remuneration of women in accordance with the Issued taxi notarial law 165. the first paragraph of article 1. determines the sworn notary the remuneration of a taxi.
2. If sworn notary attested signature below acts, written in foreign languages, sworn notaries rewards taxi is about 50% higher than specified in these provisions the post rewards freights, but if sworn notary attested in several languages or signature under that Act, sworn notaries taxi is double the remuneration, if these rules otherwise.
3. for each notarial act 65 paragraph 1 provided sworn notary's action (judgment of notarial acts) is a specific post rewards freights amounting to: 3.1 for the purposes of notarial acts, except that rule 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11 or 3.12. actions referred to in paragraph 3.1.1 of the transaction amount: the first 5000 lats – 0.7%. Post minimum rates of remuneration — 6 lats;
3.1.2. the amount of the second 5000 lats – 0.5%;
3.1.3. from the transaction amount exceeding: 0.3% 10000 lat;
3.2. on the issue of notarial acts which establish the rights of the land is prohibited, with the exception of this rule 3.3 or 3.4. activities referred to in: 3.2.1. of the transaction amounts to the first 5000 lats – 0.8%. Post minimum rates of remuneration — 6 lats;
3.2.2. the amount of the second 5000 lats – 0.6%;
3.2.3. from the transaction amount exceeding 10000 dollars 0.4%,-;
3.3. on the issue of notarial acts which establish the rights of the land is prohibited if those foundations or associations concluded: the amount of 3.3.1 first 5000 lats – 0.6%. Minimum rates of remuneration of post: 7 lats;
3.3.2. transaction amounts from the other 5000 lats-0.4%;
3.3.3. from the transaction amount exceeding 10000 lat-0.2%;
3.4. on the issue of notarial acts, by which the pledged immovable property and inheritance, if the subject is outside the administrative borders of the city existing agricultural land: 3.4.1. transactions amounts from the first 5000 lats-0.4%. Post minimum rates of remuneration — 10 lats;
3.4.2. the amount of the transaction from the other 5000 lats-0.2%;
3.4.3. from the transaction amount exceeding 10000 lat,-0.1%;
3.5. the ieķīlājum type of assignment of judgment in the form of a notarial deed: 3.5.1 of the transaction amount not exceeding 5000 lats – 3 lats;
3.5.2. the amount exceeding 5000 lats, 0.1% of the amount of the transaction:;
3.6. for the purposes of the marriage contract in the form of a notarial act, notwithstanding the relevant provisions listed in amount — 13 lat;
3.7. making powers in the form of a notarial deed: 3.7.1 on universālpilnvar: 3 lats;
3.7.2. the Attorney of 2 Lats;
3.7.3. for other types of powers: 1 lats;
3.8. on request, notification, attestation, kvitējum, permission of the judgment in the form of a notarial deed, 2 late, but if documents signed more than two persons, sworn notaries rewards taxi increase of 0.5 litres for each subsequent person;
3.9. make an advantage award, deadline, interest and other transaction regulations and amendments in the form of a notarial deed-3 late regardless of the number of persons;
3.10. the wills of the judgment in the form of a notarial deed, 13 dollars, but, if the entry in the book of acts over 3 pages on each page: 3 lats;
3.11. for storage of wills and the notarial deed of judgment — 33 lats (lump-sum remuneration);
3.12. the protest of cheques and bills of Exchange: 3.12.1. of the transaction amounts to the first 50 lats – 2%. The post rewards rates minimum 0.5 lats;
3.12.2. the amount of the transaction the other 50 lats: 1%;
3.12.3. from the transaction amount exceeding 100 lats – 0.5%;
3.12.4. for each invitation or statement made in the form of a notarial deed: 3.12.4.1. If it is issued by a certified notary personally,-0.5 lats;
3.12.4.2. If it is issued by a notary or sworn, 0.3 lats.
4. the powers, signed by several persons, the provisions laid down in point 3.7. sworn notaries rewards taxi increase of 0.5 litres for every person, but for each signature of the representative of a legal person, the rules laid down in point 3.7. sworn notaries rewards taxi increase of 1 lats.
5. The provisions of paragraph 3.9. does not apply to transaction rules in the form of a notarial deed that increases the amount of the transaction. In this case, apply this rule 3.1., 3.2 or 3.4 points out the bottom of sworn notaries rewards taxi.
6. individual compensation is not considerable, if the same sworn notary act upon the ieķīlājum inscription in the form of a notarial act had made it the same day he made the ieķīlājum Act.

7.5. the attestation of the sea protest — 6 lats;
7.6. the written certification, per page 0.3 lats, but if a copy taken from the foreign language written document or of a document that contains a lot of numbers, sworn notaries take double the amount of remuneration;
7.7. validation of the translation from a foreign language in the Latvian: 7.7.1. Edition — 2 Lats per page;
7.7.2. of the Latvian language in a foreign language or a foreign language to another foreign language from: 3 Lats per page;
7.8. the withdrawal of authorisation — 3 lats, but regarding the trustee notice of this send rule 4.9. section;
7.9. the notification of 2 lats, but on the issue of the licence, for each notice $1.3 and each answer. If the certificate also records the notarial law in the proof specified in article 122, sworn notaries rewards down the taxi increase of 1.3 litres of each notarial act provided for in article 122;
7.10. the certificate that the parties have come to the sworn notary practice,-Lats per person 1.3, but for the licence, that the parties do not come to the sworn notary practice, — 1 lats and 0.3 million lats for each licence;
7.11. for safety and other proof of the contents of the vault — 20 lats, but when found the wallet or the contents of the vault, the particular value of sworn notaries rewards taxi increase: 7.11.1. for the first 5000 lats for 0.5%;
7.11.2. on the second 5000 lats for 0.3%;
7.11.3. the next amount above 10000 lat, 0.1%-on;
7.12. If the safety deposit box or vault content value is detected, the rule laid down in paragraph 7.11. sworn notaries rewards taxi (20) plus 7 lats for each sworn notary working hours;
7.13. the document presentation time of 0.6 lats for each of the page, but on the recording of acts in the book — 0.07 for each lat book recorded line.
7.14. the book of notarial acts and the future of the second statement and the second of notarial acts and the subsequent issuing of transcripts — 0.07 for each act of the late book recorded line, but on an extract from the register, for each page $1.3;
7.15. the meeting, performance and event venue ticketing — 15 Lats per hour;
7.16. on application, the notification (the Declaration) and to provide evidence of certification — 13 lat, but, if the entry in the book of acts over 3 pages, 3 pounds each, next page.
8. for each notarial act, article 65, paragraph 3 provided sworn notary's action (accept in trust money, worth the paper documents) specifies the position of the freights of remuneration amounting to: If the subject of the bailment 8.1 is money, securities and ieķīlājum articles: 8.1.1. for the first 5000 lats: 1%, but not less than 3 lats;
8.1.2. from the amount exceeding 5000 lats, 0.8% a year;-
8.2. If other documents placed in trust or in a closed envelope, 1 Lats per month for each document or envelope, but not less than $3 for each storage.
9. If sworn notary in trust money paid into their account in the credit institution, the deposit interest received should be considered this provision laid down in paragraph 8.1. sworn notaries.

10. for each notarial act 65 paragraph 4 provided a sworn notary's action (heritage books) is a specific post rewards freights amounting to: 10.1 on the certificate for the order of the last will of the reading — 15 lat;
10.2. for the application of the certification of inheritance — 10 lats;
10.3. the certificate for legal stuff: 0.3% of the part of the property value, but not less than 10 dollars;
10.4. the inheritance certificate, regardless of the basis of inheritance: 10.4.1 spouse and together with residents of the testator first, second and third class-0.25% from the heirs of heritable property value (not the display counts). Minimum rates of remuneration of post-20 lats;
10.4.2. of the other first and second class: 0.5% of the heirs of heritable property value (not the display counts). Post minimum rates of remuneration — 30 lats;
10.4.3. of the other third-class heirs — 1.5% of the inheritable property values (counts the debts not). Post minimum rates of remuneration — 40 lats;
10.4.4. from the fourth grade and the other heirs — 7.5% of the inheritable property values (counts the debts). Minimum rates of remuneration of post-50 lats.
11. the Division of property On the drawing up of the project (the notarial act, art. 65) sworn notary's remuneration is determined by the freights 0.3% of the divisible property value, but not less than 13 dollars.
12. For other law sworn notary activities (notarial act, art. 65) specifies the position of the freights of remuneration amounting to: 12.1. for activities outside the sworn notary practice, in addition to the prescribed in these provisions sworn notary's remuneration for each post transaction — 3 for each completed late the hour, but not more than 13 dollars per night, excluding this provision and 7.11 3.12.4 laid down in point;
12.2. about the signature and notary attesting the capacity to applications and requests for public records: 5 lats, but if the demonstration more than two signatures, for each subsequent signature set of sworn notaries rewards taxi increase of 0.5 litres.
13. for each notarial act article 66 1 and 2 provided sworn notary activity is detected, the post rewards freights amounting to: 13.1 for the strengthening of the security and the law of the land (document submission and receipt of the relevant land registry divisions): 3 lats for each full hour, but not more than 13 dollars for day;
13.2. for licences and other documents necessary for the notary were camping and the conclusion of the demonstration and to request and receive reinforcement, a 3.9 pounds;
13.3. for complete the transaction monitoring (complex operations that include these provisions fully 13.1 and 13.2. actions in point) — half of a sworn notary the remuneration laid down in the Act of enforceable;
13.4. public consultation on records: 3 lats for each person or property;
13.5. the land registry law provided for in article 97 of the land registry Department judges decision appeals — 3 lats for each full hour.
14. for each notarial act, article 66, paragraph 3 provided sworn notary activity is detected, the post rewards freights amounting to: 14.1. for this rule 3.1. and 3.2. bottom point and set out in the Treaty drafting project: 14.1.1. from transaction amounts to the first 5000 lats – 0.2%. Minimum rates of remuneration of post-5 lats;
14.1.2. from the transaction amount exceeding 5000 lats-0.3%;
14.2. for this rule 3.3 and 3.4 of the acts referred to in the paragraph below and the drawing up of draft Treaty: 14.2.1 the amounts the first 10000 lat-0.1%. Minimum rates of remuneration of post-5 lats;
14.2.2. from the transaction amount exceeding 10000 lat-0.2%;
14.3. the provisions of this Treaty referred to in paragraph 3.6 of the draft drawn up independently of these statutory transaction amounts: 5 lats;
14.4. in making this provision mandates referred to in point 3.7. projects: 14.4.1. universālpilnvar project-10 lats;
14.4.2. the project Attorney – 3 lats;
14.4.3. for other power projects: 1 lats;
14.5. for this rule 3.8. writing documents referred to, except requests for land registry departments (this rule 9.1.), $2 per page;
14.6. for this rule 3.9. transaction referred to in the amendment of the composition of the project: 3 lats for each page;
9.1. about the petition, which sought to strengthen the land property or other rights in rem — 7 lats, but on the other petitions to be submitted to the land registry Department of the 5 lats;
9.2. for this rule 3.10 of the will referred to the preparation of draft-10 lats, but if the project exceeds 3, for each page the next page the sworn notary's remuneration increased by taxi 5 lats;
9.3. for this rule 7.2. draft the documents prescribed in paragraph, except plans and requests for land registry departments — 1.5 of each page of the lats;
14.10. as this provision set out in point 7.6. making a copy of 1 lats for each page, but if a copy taken from the foreign language written document or of a document that contains a lot of numbers, sworn notary takes double the amount of remuneration;
14.11. these rules prescribed in paragraph 7.7. interpretation of manufacture — half of the rules prescribed in paragraph 7.7 of sworn notaries;
14.12. the withdrawal of the request for authorisation (article 132 of the notarial law) — compose 3 lats;
14.13. the request for notification (article 134 of the law on Notaries) dial — 2 Lats for each page.
15. This provision is also applicable to paragraph 14.7. sworn notaries — Governors petitions land registry Department.
16. about this rule referred to in point 3.5 of the inscription of the individual remuneration of the project is not notable.
17. If, when writing this rule 3.7. bottom of the powers referred to in paragraph projects using printed forms, a separate remuneration is not notable.
18. for each notarial act 66. paragraph 4 provides for a sworn notary activity is detected, the post rewards freights amounting to: 18.1 the submission and receipt of documents from register of companies: 3 lats for each full hour, but not more than 13 dollars for day;
18.2. for the project, which is not provided for in these rules, paragraph 14-5 lats for each document;
18.3. notarial activity for consultations, if they do not follow the notarial deed or certificate — 3 lats for each full hour.
19. Sworn notaries who have registered for value added tax, value added tax shall be added to the prescribed in these provisions sworn notary the remuneration of the law "on value added tax" within the.
20. Sworn notaries office rates of remuneration are reviewed at least every three years, according to the Central Statistical Administration established consumer price index changes. If the consumer price index fluctuations during the year had a greater than five percent, Latvian sworn notary Council may propose to review the sworn notary the remuneration rates of about.
21. with the entry into force of the provisions of 7 April 2005.
