Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 220 2005 in Riga on April 5 (Mon. No 17 35) amendment of the labour law issued in the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution in order to make the Labour Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 15; 2003; 2004, nr. 2, 5, 10 no) following amendment: Add to article 62 of the seventh paragraph as follows: "(7) the public sector employees working in posts according to the basic obligations of the classified posts in flocks and levels. The classification system of posts and post classification procedures shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
