No. 17 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 May 2001 on the terms of the 185 "regulations on the requirements for keeping of wild animals in captivity and wild animal collection to create" Issued under the animal protection act, paragraph 5 of article 10 do cabinet 8 May 2001 regulations No 185 "rules for income requirements for keeping of wild animals in captivity and wild animal collection to create" (Latvian journal, 2001, no. 73, 2003 188; 111 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace paragraph 7, the words "three months" with the word "month".
2. Replace paragraph 10, the words "the State environment inspectorate and regional environmental authorities" with the words "public service" of the environment.
3. Replace paragraph 11, the words "Administration, service or public information inspek environment" with the words "administration or service".
4. Make the following point 12: ' 12. If a collection or part of a switch, administration and monitoring service to ensure the continued maintenance of the animals or handling and accommodation to those with appropriate living conditions, as well as, if necessary, give the collection to which the breeding the binding instructions. Collection owner shall bear the expenses related to the closure of all or part of the collection. "
5. Supplement with an informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directive rules included provisions deriving from Council of 29 March 1999, Directive 1999/22/EC relating to the keeping of wild animals in zoos."
