Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 229 in 2005 in Riga on April 5 (Mon. 17. § 15) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 March 2002, the Regulation No 98, "Detective licensing and certification provisions" Issued in accordance with article 3 of the law of the Detective's third draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 March 2002, the Regulation No 98, "Detective licensing and certification provisions" (Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 38), the amendments are as follows: 1. Replace the words "in the text of the provisions of the certificate that the person is not recorded with the psychic disturbance and psihiskaj diseases diseased patients in the national register and state the patient and addictive substance users in the national register" with the words "psychiatrists and narkolog's opinion on a person's State of health "(fold).
2. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "application" (the fold) with the word "submission" (fold).
