Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 219 in Riga 29 March 2005 (pr. No 16 39) amendment to the law "on the archives of the Republic of Latvia" issued a constitutional order of article 81 to make the law "on the archives" (Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1991, no. 21; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1993, no. 33; 2001, no. 1) express the following amendment: article 17 as follows: "article 17. Document export from the Republic of Latvia State Archives Directorate Received a licence and subject to the statutory procedures for the export of cultural goods from the Republic of Latvia for a certain period of time allowed to leave the national archives documents or their copies.
The Latvian National Archives Records of the central register of the existing private law allowed documents to be exported from the Republic of Latvia Law on the export of cultural goods in the form prescribed by the reconciliation with the State Archives Directorate.
The national archives is in the territory of another State the document exchange or transfer takes place in international agreements.
The national archives copies of documents may be exported from the Republic of Latvia if they are certified to the law on the development and design of a document. "
