Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 270 in Riga 2005 April 19 (Mon. Nr. 15) 21 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 November 2000 by Regulation No 416 "order of felling trees outside forest land" Issued in accordance with article 8 of the law of the forest to make a Cabinet of 28 November 2000 by Regulation No 416 "order of felling trees outside forest land" (Latvian journal, 2000, 435./437.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "application" (the fold) with the word "submission" (fold).
2. Express 2.1. subparagraph by the following: "2.1. especially in protected natural areas, felling trees with specially protected areas in the Administration, but, in the absence thereof, by the relevant national environment service regional environmental governance (hereinafter the regional environmental Office) and the local Government of the same;"
3. Express 2.3. subparagraph by the following: "2.3. natural tree lines whose width is less than 20 metres, the tree felling shall be coordinated with the local government;".
4. Supplement with 2.6. bottom point as follows: "2.6. parks, cemeteries and artificial trees originating in lines (the alley), which are longer than 20 metres (also in the in the way land partition bar), tree felling shall be coordinated with the regional environmental administration and local authorities."
