No 25 1) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 February 2003, regulations No. 97 "order in which family or single person to be recognized as living poor" Issued under the social services and social assistance, article 33 of the law to make a Cabinet of 25 February 2003, regulations No. 97 "order in which family or single person to be recognized as living poor" (Latvian journal, 2003, 35 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented with 7.5 points in the bottom of the following : "7.5. debt." 2. Make the following point 8: "8. the declaration specifies the following income: 8.1. income from gainful employment, pensions, benefits, scholarships, nutrition resources, student loans, income from public assistance programs (in money terms): for the last three months; 8.2. the income from economic activity, royalties and honors in the national, real property lease (rental), and the disposition of real property lease and disposal — over the past 12 months; 8.3. the donations received, dividends, inheritance and WINS — over the past 12 months; 8.4. the spouses living separately provided material support for the family, for the last 12 months; 8.5. other income — for the last 12 months. " 3. Add to paragraph 11, after the word "study" by the words "and the student". 4. Supplement with 21.1 points as follows: "21.1 assessing family (person) income not taken into account in the first 50 lat of the child-raising allowance, which is under the State social benefits law gets the person who looked after children aged up to one year." 5. To supplement annex 1. the introductory part of paragraph 4, after the word "State" with the words "and the debt". 6. Add to annex 1 to the bottom paragraph 4.6 as follows: "4.6. the requesting and living with her personal indebtedness: p.k. debtor (name, surname) debt type, amount (Ls) and duration". 
 7. Make 5 of annex 1 of the paragraph by the following: "5. The applicant's family who are living at the time of submission of the declaration according to the law on Declaration of residence specified additional address: 5.1. name, surname, personal code 5.1.1 5.1.2. affinity relative to the requestor 5.1.3 additional residence address 5.1.4 5.1.5 5.1.6 occupation income. the requestor provided material support 5.2. name, surname, personal code 5.2.1 5.2.2. affinity relative to the requestor 5.2.3. additional residence address 5.2.4 5.2.5 5.2.6 occupation. income. the requestor provided material support for 5.3. name 5.3.1. person's name code 5.3.2. affinity relative to the requestor 5.3.3. additional residence address 5.3.4.5.3.5 5.3.6 occupation income. the applicant the aid materials provided by Prime Minister a.
