Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 315 Riga, 10 May 2005 (pr. 5. § 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 12 October 2004, the Regulation No 847 "national agencies" spare "Charter" Issued in accordance with the law of public agencies in article 8 the third paragraph 1. make Cabinet of 12 October 2004, the Regulation No 847 "national agencies" spare "Charter" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 165) the following amendments: 1. to supplement paragraph 2, after the word "objects" with the words "in the light of the irregularities of the case administered by the removed property and documents";
1.2. to supplement the rules with the bottom point 3.3 as follows: "3.3. provide administrative offences cases removed property and document storage, disposal or destruction.";
1.3. to supplement the rules with 4.11, 4.12 and 4.13. subparagraph by the following: "4.11. keep administrative offence case removed the paper and food before a final decision is taken on the administrative infringement cases;
4.12. in accordance with the decision of the institution responsible for realizing or destroyed under administrative infringement case removed, if the perishable and cannot give the owner or if prolonged storage is causing injury to the State;
4.13. in accordance with the decision of the administrative offence matter shall return the document removed and the owner or, if the property is removed or destroyed, disposed to pay the owner for the value. "
