Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 327 in Riga, 10 May 2005 (pr. No 28 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 15 September 1998, the Regulation No 348 ' provisions on the entry and exit formalities at the port "Issued under the State border of the Republic of Latvia Law of article 8 of the second paragraph to make the Cabinet of 15 September 1998, the Regulation No 348 ' provisions on the entry and exit formalities at the port" (Latvian LTR carried, 1998, nr. 270; 2002, 32 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 26 follows : "26. General Declaration passengers and cargo declaration of border control and port control services shall be submitted if it is dated and signed by the master, the ship's agent or other person, duly authorised by the master. The ship's stores Declaration of border control and port control services shall be submitted if it is dated and signed by the master or other officer of the ship, duly authorised by the master and personal knowledge of the facts relating to the item. Crew's effects Declaration and crew list of border control and port control services shall be submitted if it is dated and signed by the master or other officer of the ship, duly authorised by the master. Sea sanitary Declaration of border control and port control services shall be submitted if it is dated and signed by the master. Declaration of the yacht port and border control services shall provide, if it is signed by the master or his authorised person. "
2. Add to chapter III, with 26.1 points in the following wording: "26.1 of these rules 23 and 24 the documents referred to in paragraphs may submit to the standardised simplified forms that the International Maritime Organization advises and reproduces based on the 1965 International Convention on facilitation of international maritime traffic, which was in force on 1 May 1997."
3. Supplement with an informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directive rules included provisions arising from the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 February 2002 Directive 2002/6/EC on reporting formal for high rooms for ships arriving in and/or departing from ports of the Member States of the community."
