Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 350 of 2005 in Riga on May 24 (Mon. 3.3. the continuous three years in a self-employed capacity where the applicant proves that he is not less than five years working in the profession as an employee;
3.4. continuously five years of management work, including no less than three years technical management response for one or more departments of the company, if the applicant proves that he mastered the of not less than three years of appropriate educational programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activity. 4. 5.4. continuous three years in a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant proves that he is not less than five years working in the profession as an employee;
5.5. continuously five years of salaried employee status if the applicant proves that he mastered the of not less than three years of appropriate educational programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activities;
5.6. continuous six years of salaried employee status if the applicant proves that he mastered the of not less than two years according to the educational program, and it is approved by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activity. 6. 9.4. continuous two years in either a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant proves that he is not less than three years working in the profession as an employee;
9.5. three continuous years of salaried employee status if the applicant proves that he mastered the of not less than two years according to the educational program, and it is approved by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activity. 10. the duration of professional experience required for professional quality in recognition of fikācij these provisions referred to in annex 5, economic activities, a continuous three years in a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant in the relevant areas of economic activity in the last two years prior to the application. 11. the duration of professional experience required for professional quality in recognition of fikācij these provisions referred to in annex 6, economic activities, meets one of the following conditions: 11.1. continuously for three years in a self-employed capacity or management work;
11.2. continuous two years in either a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant proves that mastered the appropriate education programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activities;
11.3. continuous two years in either a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant proves that he is not less than three years working in the profession as an employee;

11.4. three continuous years of salaried employee status if the applicant proves that mastered the appropriate education programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activity. 12. This rule 11.1. and 11.3 below. in the cases referred to in point professional qualifications are recognised where the applicant in the relevant areas of economic activity working in the last 10 years prior to the application. 13. the duration of professional experience required for the recognition of professional qualifications in these rules referred to in annex 7 of the economic activities, which include only the packed plant protection products, dangerous chemicals and hazardous chemical products in distribution and marketing, which is the original package and intended for supply to the final consumer shall comply with either of the following conditions: 13.1 continuously five years in either a self-employed capacity or management where the applicant in the profession has run in the last two years prior to the application;

13.3. continuous three years in a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant proves that mastered the appropriate education programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activities;
8.3. continuous three years of salaried employee status if the applicant possesses a certificate of competency for the right to deal with plant protection products, dangerous chemicals and hazardous chemical products in distribution and marketing of their home country;
13.5. solid four years of salaried employee status if the applicant proves that mastered the appropriate education programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activity. 14. the duration of professional experience required for the recognition of professional qualifications in these rules referred to in annex 7 economic activities, which also include herbal remedies, dangerous chemicals and hazardous chemical products for professional use, meets one of the following conditions: 14.1 continuous six years in a self-employed capacity or management, if a tenderer in the profession has run in the last two years prior to the application;
14.2. continuous three years in a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant's certificate of competence for the right professional to deal with plant protection products, dangerous chemicals and hazardous chemicals in his home country;
14.3. the continuous four years in a self-employed capacity or management, if the applicant proves that mastered the appropriate education programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activities;
14.4. the continuous four year in salaried employee status if the applicant possesses a certificate of competency for the right to deal with plant protection products, dangerous chemicals and hazardous chemical products in the professional use of his home country;
14.5. continuously five years of salaried employee status if the applicant proves that mastered the appropriate education programmes, and this is confirmed by the certificate is sufficient for working in the profession recognised by the competent institution of the country in which the applicant made his professional activity. 15.
