Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 382, Riga, 31 May 2005 (pr. 5.3. paragraph 3 of the document – the consignee's address and the name and forename of person or trader's name;
5.4. in paragraph 4 of the document, the customs declaration number;
5.5. paragraph 5 of the document, an indication of the document accompanying the batch of animal feed; 5.1. the mark shall be made in subparagraph (x) for sampling and laboratory examinations in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004, the provisions of no. 166 "animal feed labelling procedures";
5.6. paragraph 6 of the document, the person responsible for the load name (name) and address. If the person responsible for the load, and the exporter or consignor are the same person, enter ' consignor ' or ' exporter ';
5.7. paragraph 7 of the document – the merchant name, address or country of origin. If the merchant is recognized or registered in accordance with the legislation on animal feed business recognition and registration of persons, in recognition of the record 7.1 or registration number;
5.8. in paragraph 8 of the document made by the mark (x): 5.8.1. document 8.1. section on feed additives or premixtures;
5.8.2. in paragraph 8.2., the feed materials;
5.8.3. the document on the point 8.3. compound feedingstuffs;
5.8.4. the document on the paragraph 8.4. the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 April 2004, Regulation No 245 of "rules for Latvia authorised feed additives, proteins derived from bacteria, yeast (except for the yeast, which cultivated on vegetable or animal origin substrate), algae and mushrooms, the lowest amino acid fermentation by-products, amino acids, salts and amino acids amino acid analogues and their life agenda" 2. products referred to in the annex;
5.8.5. document in point 8.5.-on dietary food;
5.8.6. document in paragraph 8.6., the other products (their names);
5.9. paragraph 9 of the document, the combined nomenclature (CN) code;
5.10. paragraph 10 of the document-the number of packages or, in the case of item – "bulk";
5.11. paragraph 11 of the document – the gross mass in kilograms;
5.12. paragraph 12 of the document-the net mass in kilograms. 6. section B of the document: 6.1. paragraph 13 of the document, in accordance with paragraph 2 of this rule checks: 6.1.1. document 13.1. in subparagraph shall mark (x) on the document;
6.1.2. in paragraph 13.2 of the document made by the mark (x) on the identity check;
6.2. paragraph 14 of the document, in accordance with paragraph 3 of this rule checks: 6.2.1. document 14.1. in subparagraph shall mark (x) on a physical check;
6.2.2. the document shall be made in paragraph 14.2. mark (x) on the results of laboratory examinations and received results. Sanitary border inspection of documents, the person responsible for the load shall be issued in place of importation if: 10.1. If the animal feed products are imported directly from a third country and are intended to be put into free circulation in another Member State of the European Union or the European economic area country, and 2 and 3 of these regulations. the checks referred to in paragraph 1 performed in Latvia;

10.2. If the animal feed products, which is not a Member State of the European Union or the European economic area country origin, leaving a free zone, a free warehouse or a customs warehouse in Latvia for the release for free circulation in another Member State of the European Union or the European economic area country. 11. Sanitary border inspection of animal feed is placed on the carriage of goods in free circulation in the European Union market, if it is checked in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3, and is filled in these rules referred to in paragraph 4 of the document. 14. Sanitary border inspection document and a copy of the laboratory examination results (if one is attached) stored in 18 months.
