To supplement the rules with the bottom point 2.3 the following wording: "2.3. Commission Regulation No 1623/2000, article 7 of section I in the place of landing, the competent authority in administering the aid for the use of grape juice."
2. Add to paragraph 3 after the words "article 5" with the words "and the Council of 17 May 1999, Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine, in point 6 of annex I '. Prime Minister a. Halloween Minister of Agriculture m. rose
